=For an ELEVATOR emergency: Eltech Elevator, 718-933-0300
=For LEAKING OR BURST WATER PIPES: First turn off the appropriate water valve in your apartment, then call for help. If the problem is located in a common area, the water valves are located in the basement. They are labeled with big yellow tags that tell you the line number.
